Cell service was not good. Spacious parking area to back truck out of parking spot. Was easy to pull out onto the road due to wide driveway and being able to see traffic both ways.

The mobile check out/in was horrible. Trying to get our reservation to go through was a joke, and to have to call customer service multiple times just to get everything to work was ridiculous. Won't be using this again.
Shannon DThe truck was on a little over a 1/4 of tank of gas and was returned with 3/4 tank of gas . Milage wasn't right and the sight wouldn't let me upload pics to sight at p/u or drop-off. Then you charge me for equipment fee? What is that about? If there is anymore charges on my debit card I will be disputing it. Have a great day.
Lonnie CThey were rude to me an my husband. Please have customer service especially if you’re dealing with customer face to face. I placed my pick up for 8:00am Thursday morning the 30th of November I didn’t get there until 8:30. But we also had to wait almost an hour to get the keys because they were frozen you figure they would’ve looked at that first so they was ready for anyone really to come not just us. But again poor everything do not recommend…..
