I think I was overcharged with the mileage, I drove only from North Gilbert Storage to Goodwill Brookhurst Anaheim which is more or less 3 miles and went back to my apartment in 1275 N Gilbert Street which a little over than 3 miles … Gas up in 76 in North Gilbert and return the truck to North Gilbert Storage… I wash charged 16 miles which is impossible.

Shea was awesome to work with. Easy process from beginning to end. Highly recommend this location if looking for a 10 to 20 foot truck. Anything else would need to be done through U-Haul directly. This location is a dealer only. Not an actual U-Haul.

Randy PWhere to start.. staff at location needs to relieve his bitter work attitude elsewhere. So many wrong things with this guy, I am unsure if there is a camera that records; your management should review my transaction with him if uhaul is serious about this section for improvement comments. The truck cabin was very dirty, food crumbs everywhere, spilled drinks or something on center console, trash behind seat. Please review what the staff argued against my pointing out of this situation with him. Returned truck as is.
