During my rental times, I drove 11miles. at return, I put gas 1 gallon and summit gas receipt to your staff. but you charged additional 2gallon fuel $9 without any explain It is a really unpleasant experience.

Ignacio was the person who directly helped me check out and check in the vehicle 2 weekends in a row. He made all the difference. He even stayed after hours on a Saturday (New Year's Eve) so my father and I wouldn't have to wait in the rain outside while we waited for our ride to pick us up after returning the uHaul van.
