It said 24 hour access but the font doors were locked and said you had to call them but no one would even answer the phone so I even tried texting cause they gave a number to do that never got a response from them either. Was a very terrible experience and not able to tell them in person the issues I had with the uhaul and how dangerous it is and that it needed to be fixed before giving it to someone else and also answer ur phone if ur 24 hour accessable someone should at least answer the phone when customs have problems or issues they want to address to you in-person

Daniel WLocation wasn’t open on Saturday you had to text owner to rent equipment it would have been helpful to know. They were very responsive and helpful once I texted them.
