No indoor area but nice helpful staff working out of car. Truck was older, smelled of burned brake in the cab, container area was clean but had some rope tied to side and floor had several areas of powder in it. Had reserved at a facility closer to home but was changed and at this area they did not have furniture pads so I had to drive extra miles to another center to get them.

EDDY JThe vendor was very nice and met us earlier than planned. However, the trailer was equipped with a twist-on style of attachment and it was not attached properly. We actually had the trailer come unhooked on a five-lane freeway! UHaul Roadside assistance sent out a young woman who was amazing and helped us get up and running in no time. She did mention that it was not attached properly in the beginning. Luckily, no one was hurt and we were able to continue on our trip.
