Have equipment at more locations. I had to travel way out of my way just to find the equipment I wanted. Wasted four hours traveling to and from my location (with three stores nearby) just to find what I needed. Rewrite your software, as it is poorly designed. It took me two hours to fand a location with my equipment and make a reservation. More time wasted. Note that I used to design and program large scale software, so I have direct experience and could do a much better job than was done with your current system.
