The only issue I had was the pictures wouldn’t upload to the app. Did an online chat and they sent a link. Everything worked perfect after that!

Jermaine JThe location was great. The gentleman working was extremely helpful and professional and patient. However, the service I received from U-Haul was terrible. I never got the code I needed to get the key out of the lockbox, the app crashed when I was trying to do my return so I never got to submit anything to verify that that there was no damage, and that the fuel level was where it was supposed to be.
