I STRONGLY recommend that you remove this location from your drop-off list. It was a very poor experience. There is no one there who knows anything at all about the UHaul process. When the app didn't work, we had to call customer service trying to get the truck checked in. After repeated calls that day and the following day, they sent someone over to check it in. Had I known, I would have requested a different location.
