I asked for an appliance dolly and furniture mats in my reservation and was informed when i got there they didnt have any so i had to go to home depot to rent one. The gas reading was wrong. I have pictures of both before and after the rental. I also declined insurance coverage. I brought both of these issues to their attention beforehand and was assured it would be reflected in my final receipt but was overcharged anyway

Think I should not have to go through the process of doing a uhaul employee job when I get to the pick up and drop off location, much prefer to deal with a physical body, employee, not dealing with a aap and still having to call and talk with someone on the phone just to pick up the truck. Will not recommend or will I ever rent from uhaul again
Stacy SThe young lady working at the site was nice and polite, but the communication from the U-Haul agent was slow. The young lady needed help resetting her password and couldn't get any help. So I sat for about hour waiting.
