Awful experience. I read reviews and knew not to use this dealer, but my reservation was changed to this property hours after renting from a different property. We just went with it since we needed the largest truck available. MISTAKE. Every bad review you read is true. Took over 30 min before I could even leave with the truck because there was an issue with the check-out process which ate into the rental time. Upon the return I was asked if I wanted to do it online or let the guy check the vehicle back in. I said you can do it here because I needed to go before losing daylight. No one scanned the truck in until 9:00 am the next morning so I was charged double. I went by and was told by a different person that they were there at the time I was claiming I came by for drop off (they WERE NOT) and he was basically saying I was lying. Then he told me to go "online" and dispute it, which I have. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Avoid this location.

Not to over charge customers like they did me I will never use u haul again

Michelle BThey tried to over charge me, they changed my reservation so that I could be charged more added insurance on and more miles than I requested. Added more fuel that was in the truck. The truck was dirty, nasty and raggedy. It was a awful experience.The worst experience I ever had with a U-Haul dealer, I appreciate the Uhaul company, for refunding my money, it’s not the Uhaul company, it’s this dealer that was the problem.
