I ended up with a much larger truck than I needed even after my reservation was confirmed and I was switched to a different location. This caused issues with loading abilities and more expense in fuel. Was not thrilled...

Something you can do to make it better is to make sure that the employee follows through with what they say they’re going to do. I had a hard time dropping off because she told me that she wasn’t going to put an address for return so that I could return it to the closest place to me in a new neighborhood. She did not do that so I had to drive around and find places to take it because she put in a certain address they did not take the U-Haul. What a total inconvenience and it cost me money that I did not expect to spend. I never had a problem with U-Haul, but this time was the worst! I would not do this again.

LORETTA BAsk that customers sweep out the truck after using it there was a lot of debris in the back of the truck. I just used my broom before putting my bed back there but outside of that everything was great and customer service was awesome. 🤩
