RT's is a great rental location. They are always fast and efficient. The staff is great. I rent trucks a few times a year for projects and drive past one UHaul on the way from my home to RTs.

CHRISTINE SVehicle was rented to us empty on fuel, we were told if we returned it with 1/4 tank we would get a discount, we never received said discount. Then after we loaded the truck, we found that the battery has failed, we waited for an hour for roadside assistance, the vehicle was not clean as well
JOSHUA TI ended up with a much larger truck than I needed even after my reservation was confirmed and I was switched to a different location. This caused issues with loading abilities and more expense in fuel. Was not thrilled...
