How U-Haul Reviews WorkI do not see where I could note any improvement. Customer service excellent , gave clear instructions , truck was very well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy. Had to use the truck longer than I had planned, there was no problem extending my rental by one day.
Janet LWhile roadside assistance was quick and easy, there shouldn’t have been a blowout in the first place. Also, the transmission felt like it had a hard time switching gears.
Geraldine TVery friendly. love the store! if you like old stuff this is the place to go.
Frank FDid an after hours mobile drop-off so did not interact with any staff so can't speak to that interaction. But the mobile drop off was very easy! Only answered yes because it is a required question on the survey.
