When I went to go pick up my rental at 7:00 in the morning on a saturday, they refused to give me the truck until two people answered the phone at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday. I understand needing to verify identification, however I was an hour and a half late to get started and then my movers showed up an hour and a half late and they only stayed for like 2 hours and I paid them for 4 hours through this website so I am absolutely not happy and I would never use U-Haul ever again and I would never recommend them to anyone ever!!
