Vince PI asked for an extra day and I'm not sure if he gave it to me or not. It looked like I had been charged for it, but I was possibly charged for it again at the drop off location. I was lead to believe I had been charged at pick up.
Whitney MBad business practice. Contract swap vehicle pickup not honored. I was not aware that my vehicle was a local only. Because of my situation I dropped off in different location 20 minutes away. Charged 300 dollars for that. Very deceptive and small contract fine print. Got told over the phone they can charge what ever they want.
