I was charged a total of 89 plus 145 for equipment and rental and just received a receipt saying the total was only 195$ and I didn’t even receive equipment in the uhaul when I picked it up there was no equipment. I have not received a refund for any extra that I paid.

Carla in the front desk super helpful the uhaul system wouldn’t let me nor her complete the reservation however her steadfast attitude and willingness to help customers she didn’t give up and continued to help me until we got it done even called support to help get it fixed will definitely rent from here for any of my needs
