I reserved on line. The original site was closed meaning I had to use the telephone process to get the ordered truck. That was a disaster Nothing went right, frustration grew, and customer service was little help with the app on my phone. I will never do that again. In customer service defense, she did get me to a nearby U-haul place and things went well.

Terrible Uhaul experience. I rented a trailer locally for a day and was told it needed to be back by 2:00 am when I had a 6:00 pm pickup for the next day. The Uhaul representative then told that he doesn't work for Uhaul (independent agent) and it is not his problem. Then I rented at another local location online, selected a time when the trailer was available, and then was called by an agent saying the trailer wasn't available. I ended up having to travel to the above location for the rental. The manager of the location was giving my a hard time, since I only have one phone number. He said "we can do it the easy way or the hard way...the hard way being that he didn't have to rent me a trailer...". I had to make up a phone number, so that he would rent me a trailer. I dealt with three different Uhaul representatives and they all were terrible. I have added this information to all the local social media lines of communication. Bottom line...Uhaul customer service sucks.

This location is wonderful. Great staff - manager makes sure staff is working and helping customers. Location is clean. Clean restrooms and the ground is kept up. Always have supplies in stock. Trucks cleaned and maintained. The only issue for me is the self check in. Takes too long. Inside service is quicker. Waiting on an agent to verify could go a little quicker. Waited 4 minutes to get approved.

Have more people working this store have more people that are knowledgeable with price availability and knowledge with computer system I have three times as much money out on hold and or refund for a simple day trailer unacceptable And non professional and when I talked to them about it they made it sound like it was my problem I have 133.00 out there for a trailer I originally signed for 44.00. They have supposedly refund me 88.00 but then ran my card again for another 44.03 without my authorization this needs to be resolved in a timely manner I have pulled trailers my hole life and when my trailers break or are down for repair I use uhaul And fortunately with this experience I’m going to start looking at other options in the future please contact me on my personal cell phone 919-441-8176 and or through email thank you

I have used this U-Haul location many times before, and I have never had an experience like today's. The young man who helped me took his time to acknowledge me. I had to wait for several minutes before he got around to me, he never greeted me. Then, our transaction was done in silence! He barely explained the insurance and what I was responsible for. I was just shocked at the level of customer service today. It has never been like this before.
