The facility and staff are fine. It’s the clientele and the location. There are people wandering the area and doesn’t feel very safe. When I emptied my unit the electronic door did not work and it appeared someone had taken a prybar to the lockset on the wall in door. There were piles on discarded items in the area where the carts are stored. This is NOT Uhauls fault but did not make for a pleasant experience and my wife did NOT feel safe going there by herself. The employee that helped me with closing the unit rental out was very friendly and professional.
