Customer service was great! I did notice a couple things that needed to be checked while I was driving the UHaul and made the manager aware of it upon return.

chad gThe u-haul process is too difficult regardless of the location. I had a gift certificate and no one knew how to redeem it including the customer service center. I used u-haul twice this month and both experiences were poor.
