Paula MAlthough the guys were awesome, the truck was very very dirty with stains, sticky drips and used bandaids in the truck cab.
Michelle PU-Haul and many other companies are asking customers to do too much. Everything is self serve and yet prices do not go down. When you rent a truck they send you a link and ask you to take pictures verify truck numbers, mileage etc. Thats not too bad if the rate was lower.
