We had problems with getting the truck, then the guy that we contacted was super rude . We was so not happy about our experience and won’t ever rent from there again .

All contact was with uHaul was online. The pickup process was via my iPhone and apparently the rep was very busy. It took much longer that I expected.

I was told that the tank was full. The needle was on F. However, the tank could hold about a a quarter of a tank past the F Mark. I was told I had to return it completely full to avoid any charges. So I’m getting a tank that can hold another $20 worth of gas and I’m required to put that extra gas into it? Not right or not fair. The tank should’ve been completely full and I’ll return it completely full. That’s fair. Been using U-Haul for years. If I don’t get a small credit I’m switching to a Budget. I’ve never had need to complain before.
