Please make sure that the vehicles listed are actually available. This location did a phenomenal job when a Cargo Van that was listed as "available" and allowed me to reserve it, was not actually a vehicle type they carried. Again, from a customer service standpoint they did a great job to make it "right" when it was a website issue.

The location is not what I expected. It didn't appear to be a business; it looks like a house. There was no one in the building so we went around back to a shop and found a man who helped. There was a note on the door with phone numbers to call.
