Main issue I had was the rental insurance. I was mis-informed by the attendant on how much it would cost. I chose to get it based on information from him that it was $15/day. When I got to the drop off destination 8 hours later they said it was a 3 day charge minimum - so a total of $45. I will avoid renting from Uhaul next time and try other companies.

TREYSON RPlease make sure that the vehicles listed are actually available. This location did a phenomenal job when a Cargo Van that was listed as "available" and allowed me to reserve it, was not actually a vehicle type they carried. Again, from a customer service standpoint they did a great job to make it "right" when it was a website issue.
