BARBARA CThe owner of this location went out of his way to help me after another location in town took my reservation then refused to rent me the truck saying the dealer wasn't coming in and it wasn't her problem for me to figure it out. The owner of B&W Services couldn't get me in the size truck I reserved but was able to get me a 15foot one. He told me that my reservation had been transferred to his location and they didn't let him know. He went above and beyond helping me today and I appreciate him so much.
