If like me you don't have internet access on you cell phone, getting the lock combination can get a problem. The other thing was the open hours for that location....9H00-12H00 is not enough. A thing to work on and improve.

* did a pre-check in, ended up cancelling my order and redoing the whole thing in the store/location. took 20 minutes. * truck was COVERED in snow/ice, was not able to do proper visual inspection. *Truck had NO windshield washer fluid - very dangerous. *called following day, told that I didn't return dolly when none was rented ? *bad experience overall.

I rented transportation van 9' dated 10/01/18, the Van was dirty, no wind shield liquid, no winter tires. I was on the highway to Montreal on a winter climate day I realised that the van wind shield liquid was empty from the start of the rental office, my life and others were in danger, therefore I brought one regular litre of wind shield liquid to my destination on my return I provided the receipt for reimbursement the agent at the rental declined, I used to rent vehicles from Uhaul and enjoyed it, I will not recommend this location to friend.

The location was closed so had to do everything online, which was fine but the van was full of snow and I couldn't start the online process until the snow was fully removed because one of the first questions asked is to check the vehicle for damages. So I lost 15 to 20 minutes of my 4 hour time slot cleaning off the vehicle. The vehicle was frozen solid and we could barely get the back door open but we did. The gas tank door was frozen shut so couldn't replace the fuel used and I knew I'd be charged out the wazoo for them to add fuel but out of 24 kms driven, they charged me $10, not too bad and surely nothing to complain about. The experience was ok...

The agent that I dealt with was great, and the location was very convenient for me. The cab of the truck was dirty. I don't expect a moving van to be really clean, but you could have wiped up the spilled drink in the cup holder and generally cleaned up the cab a bit.

Overall it was fine. I was a little annoyed on one thing, I did 18km, i added 4.2L of gas back (thats more than 20L/100km usage) and he complained I didnt put enought gas back... I argued a little and he let it go. Future client, take a picture of the gas line for before/after.

Took me two hours to receive my trailer due to your system being defective. I had even bothered to do the online check in before hand. I personally will be only using your services as a last resort. I didn't even get offered a rebate or any compansation for my 2 hours of my weekend that were wasted.

I contacted Alain and explained the situation. He was understanding and suggest to call the main office and explain.. But i cant say the same thing for their client services at their main office.....POOR AND UNCONSIDERABLE.... i had to dropped the trailer in montreal because my car broke down. They charged me of a one way and charged me 4 days( sunday to tuesday) even if they have their cameras that proved that the trailer was in their parking sunday. No consideration for out of controle incident..."you breach the contract" he said. Yes but i couldnt drive my car wouldnt start!!!

Agent was very nice, only thing saving this rating from a 1 star... Issue is with the truck itself: Check engine light was on, Metal plate in the cargo area was bent and sticking out, rivets were broken and it was held with duct tape. This was very dangerous as sharp point was protruding and there was a danger that the plate would go through hole and risk hitting motorists following. I left the plate in the cabin. Speedometer seemed off, showing 70mph while I was being passed by everyone...

I made my reservation online they told me it was success I was happy ready to pick up my truck at 8am and the location convenient to my need , but result Uhaul decide to change the location and my time a hour later and 30 min from my home yeah why NOT customer can pay extra mileage opportunity to made for money I was so unhappy with the service and after I got the truck 2 later that I was supposed too , when I return the truck I see an extra charge for insurance when I did my reservation online I decline the insurance I have a copy confirming that but why not you guys decide to make more money and charge me for Insurance I don't want when I have to call 5 time customer service and wait 30 on the phone to said someone will contact me it's frustrating is last time I rent with Uhaul I never had this experience before I always rented from you but this time I feel disappointed and roab ??made my moving so bad by not having things how you promise at 8am and the location I choose.

Terrible customer service from the employee that worked the location. I completed the online check in, and the last step involved just picking up the key from the employee and he didn't want to give it to me. Made three customers wait a ridiculous amount of time because the "system was having problems" but then his supervisor gets called down to the store and everything magically starts working. The employee there needs to be retrained, he clearly had no idea how any of U-HAUL's procedures worked.

I was quoted a price of $138 online for contract #27561241. When I arrived the U-Haul rep charged me $101 plus mileage which came to $184. He did not know about my existing contract even though I showed him a copy. He said I would have to take it up with U-Haul separately. I would like the original terms of my agreement to be honoured.
