Equipment was located in one place where there was no one available to help me, luckily I knew something about the business to know where their other office was located so I could go there and actually get assistance. Profoundly confusing.

Greg G.Jam Auto in Elgin needs new locks. It took me longer to get the truck and return it than it did to move. The uhaul app sucks when there is no internet connection. Sorry I did not have the latest Apple I-phone or the latest samsung. you guys should have wi-fi internet connections at the lock boxes so your remote staff could see what's really going on.
