No markers to tell you where to park.Only reason i knew was another u-haul was there.No signage for office if you had a question.Is the Shell station the office?

Confusing. Not clear that it was a U-Haul location.
Keith LU-Haul changed my drop off location from 4 miles from my house to 30 miles from my house without my knowledge. And I had to waste 2 hours time getting there, imposing on a friend to pick me up and got charged additional mileage due to uhauls change in drop off location. Very bad experience and deceitful
