It was convenient for our location but since it was at a gas station quick mart, there was only one person behind the counter who handled this as well as other customers, so it was a bit of waiting and the moving pads were not ready and packaged.
Lauren SI was diverted to this location because U-Haul allowed me to book at a location that was not open or followed through on the reservation with a lockout box on keys to said reservation. U-haul should not allow the app to let someone book at a location on the day needed if they are not open
Mitch BTruck was great and almost new. Did the job perfectly.
