Got to the location and had no code to open the gate or the key lock. Key lock was had to work Even called the 800 number they didn't have access. Couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. Took us over an hour to get access. We had people waiting on us. So that was was a major hassle. I had to sweep the truck out. Had dirt in the back. The worse part was the return took Pictures 3x and the website kept restarting. I gave up. I took Picture of the truck from pick up to drop off for proof we returned it in clean working order. Just didn't have to be that stressful at all.

Im upset with U-Haul for taking out two payments and then telling me it will be 5 days before the one is refunded. Thats BS; it took you 5 SECONDS to withdraw the money, it should take no more than 5 MINUTES to refund. Not happy about that. At all
