How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was great but I had paid for protective blankets that were never actually included in the truck. It made my move a bit more complicated. When we called the UHAUL support line, they gave us a completely different location as to where to obtain those blankets. The location was out of the way and at that point, it became an inconvenience. I would like to be refunded for the blankets.

James TMy initial reservation got moved last second from the main Round Rock location to Sandy's. Sandy was very nice and professional. As a dog owner, I loved seeing her dog at work with her. This is a smaller location though. So if you need any additional equipment, especially last minute, it may not be available. I had added a hand cart and unfortunately, she did not have one available.
