JOSE CUpon arriving at the drop-off location, we were met with an unfriendly woman who merely told us to check in via the app and drop the keys in the box. She never made eye contact, stood up or acted friendly. Unimpressed. I don't know how you all stay in business.

IVY YWe did mobile drop off. I was then charged for fuel and we gave it at the exact level we picked it up. The truck was not full at pick up time so why am I expected to return it full?
