We did mobile drop off. I was then charged for fuel and we gave it at the exact level we picked it up. The truck was not full at pick up time so why am I expected to return it full?

My wife made reservation for me to pickup truck before hours at 6 am. We didn't know the phone that created the reservation needed to be the phone at the location for pick up. The app didn't work because of this and I couldn't finalize. Had to call your after hours support and this cost me 45 minutes. Anyone would need reading glasses to solve the padlock to get truck key. Your pre hours reservation and pickup system kind of sucked.
Steven MOwner was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would certainly return if I need another rental.
