Dont wait until the last minute informing customers the scheduled rental pick up location has changed. Due to time constraints with hired movers this cost me extra 200 miles in fuel and changed my 14hr ride to 18hr after loading. Insure rental has needed wiring. Facility did not have trailer wiring and had to repair an old broke wiring harness before I could leave. After loading at my first stop and waiting on trailer at new pick up location I missed the hired loaders for my second location. The scheduled drop off location changed when returning rental. I arrived and the facility did not take trailers. I had a uber driver waiting at this location costing me more money. I paid for a second uber to meet me at the new drop off location. U-Hauls lack of planning communication and equipment readiness added a lot of expense and time. I would have been better off hiring a moving company. This was my first bad experience with U-Haul. The extra $600 you cost me and time will probably make it my last.

Deborah MThe reserved appliance dolly was not on site and I was sent to three Uhaul locations by Uhaul customer service to get one that was “reserved” for me but on my arrival none of the locations had a dolly. Waste of my time and gas. The employees say inventory is a known problem. So why has Uhaul not corrected this?
Tim TExcellent customer service from the gentlemen my husband & I encountered. Garrison was extremely helpful but so was everyone. The reservation, pickup and drop off were seamless!
