Staff was very helpful. I had intentionally placed my license on the ground. The extremely courteous young gentleman, thinking I had dropped it, offered to pick it up. Seeing an elderly lady, who might not feel very confident using an app, he offered to do the check in for me completely. I wish my old brain could remember his name.
