It may have been the circumstances on the morning we picked up as the employee running this U-Haul service was not there in person, but previous experience in U-Haul outposts like this have been that there is a proper desk and clear U-Haul signage and check-in/out desk. We had trouble finding anybody at first within the store and then we were told we had to phone the contact on a card to go through the contract and pick up process. Again it may have been unusual circumstances but the set up is not as obvious as we have experienced in the past with U-Haul outpost locations
John DMobile pick up would have been better as I wanted to pick up on Sunday and they were closed. So I had to miss work because of this to pick up Saturday
