We had the most horrible experience ever between customer service agents, changing our reservation without asking, and it being wrong on multiple occasions to not getting the top posit back for a week, because they wanted to send it to where we moved from.How does that make sense when this is a moving company?We paid a cash deposit and now have to wait to get it back via a check which will then take 5 to 7 business days to clear if I could leave a zero star review, I would.This has been the most horrible experience ever when we were already in a stressful time of moving
Ryan PSmaller locations should have more dollys and 4 wheel furnature carts avaialble. Had to scramble to find them. Other than that. All good.
