Mobile pick up would have been better as I wanted to pick up on Sunday and they were closed. So I had to miss work because of this to pick up Saturday

Jeff PI checked yes it was clean but definitely could have been cleaner, dirt and some food bits on seats Had to wait an hour past booked time for vehicle. Was not given any instructions on driving vehicle. Left signal light and brake light not working well. Staff were friendly but very inefficient service.
