KEVITA PNo one was there, I called and was instructed to drop the keys off inside a box
LEANDRO YThe return process was too cumbersome for self-return. Lots of photos, recording mileage, opening the drop box, all with no lights! I realize it doesn't require any staff and that ultimately saves money, but it is not any cheaper than a location that has someone to assist you. In the future, I will only go to a location that has staff. The lady who called me was very nice and helpful.
