Rented online initially, got to the location and the lady who checked us in changed the drop off location to a hour and half from our destination. We were given the keys without any type of checking over the rental. Wasn’t till 40 miles down the road we got a message for online pickup steps. Why did we need to check in and take picture if we were there in person and spoke to a representative on site??
