James MCode to pickup the key did not match the app, so lock would not open. Spent 5 minutes messing around with that before going to the counter. After getting the correct code, the furniture pads weren’t there, so I had to go to the counter a second time. The furniture pads ended up being in the wrong truck. Check-in took 45-60 minutes because of these errors. The girl at the counter was able to help me resolve these issues, but it wasted a lot of time. Overall, attention to detail was lacking.
