WILBERFORCE KGas station location and the girl working gas station was left alone and not trained on how to do uhaul reservations. Spent over an hour of my day waiting for her to contact multiple people to try and walkher through it
JUSTIN RManager at Extra Mile was very helpful. My issue revolves around the technology and systems. The return portion was not clearly stated, I was instructed to go under the hood and check fluid levels, top-off the windshield wipers fluid (?), and then affix a sticker (?). The manager was able to get me cleared and finalize the process - but to rely on the customer to follow a tough on-line check-in and check-out process is cumbersome and not friendly.
