They had no idea how to check in the vehicle.
STEVEN HIt is a convenience store with no dedicated person. I had to wait as he helped other customers before and during my rental check out. Employee was not well trained on the process. Took a while. I asked if they had a lock fit same and was told they don’t carry moving supplies.
