NICHOLAS RThe 20 foot uhaul truck had super spongy, almost no brakes and was unsafe to drive, especially with a load. Cheryl was lucky and used greater following distance and never had to stop fast during the whole trip. She stated that during breaking she had the break pedal to the floor even after pumping. Tires and breaks are the 2 most important safety items on the road. I expect UHAUL to maintain safer vehicles. Eagle Allsports was excellent in their service but I think the breaks should've been noticed easily by the handler prior to completing the rental process. UHAUL is supposed to keep records of vehicle service inspections and know when each is due for maintenance like break life. Mileage records from each type of service.
