The trailer was clean and the maintenance seemed to be up-to-date. However, there was a 'short' in the wiring on the trailer which caused the trailer lights not to work. The dealer found the short and performed a repair on the wiring which got the lights working again, allowing me to use the trailer which I needed first thing the following morning. I would highly recommend this dealer. Had this occurred at another U-Haul location, the staff may not have been able to diagnose and make the necessary repair.
