The cashier was rude, I spoke with three different employees until one finally helped. I has to call and book over the phone while I was there. They were not helpful at all. I will not be returning to this location

I was forced to pick up a trailer with the wrong ID due to the agent's mishandling of the paperwork at the pickup location. The agent should have corrected the paperwork.
Shinya SI would recommend but it is a truck stop and the client should be aware of the people around there...I would not say this is a good location for an elderly person or not very good for anyone in the night to drop off or pick up.
