It was not clear to me that this was the correct location, the person inside Zip n Food 14 didn't seem to understand what I needed. Finally after showing her my paperwork she sort of acknowledged that this was the correct location. I felt very uncomfortable about leaving the tow dolly, even though I saw other U-Haul equipment. I then asked for some written acknowledgement that I had properly returned the tow dolly. What I got was a bewilderment, like who the "h***" do you think we are, just leave and get the "h***" out of here. She did not say those things but that is what I felt she was thinking.
