A man was sitting in the business smoking cigarettes, the odor was terrible. I personally am allergic to cigarette smoke and I just needed to get outside. A phone call from a U-haul employee told me Tuesday would be a free day, but the woman processing the paperwork at B& S told me it was not a free day. I will not pick up another vehicle from this location, if/when I use U-haul again.
