We had a very good experience with R&S Storage. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy and the truck was in good shape. We'll definitely use them again next time we need to rent a moving truck or trailer.

Stephanie OI called the number associated with this location several times and nobody ever answered or responded. I had questions about the drop off and would have liked to talk with someone about some questions I had. Also, I was given a surcharge for gas even though I left it with exactly the same amount it had at pickup. I gauged it according to the "range" available until empty. I picked it up with 237 miles until empty, and did the math when I filled it up to know how much to put in and - believe it or not, I left it with exactly 237 miles until empty (my math must have worked better than I even expected) and the gas gauge looked just like it did at pickup (I took a picture). There should have been no gas surcharge.
