This location is a major scam and should have their right to represent uhaul revoked! This location is not a uhaul location and gives uhaul a very poor image! They tried scamming us on our fuel( said we left it empty when we filled it back to the amount we received it), said we left it dirty ( we left it in pristine condition) , and finally said we went over our miles( we had 8 to spare)

Couldn't complete contact at pick up without my help. I was an independant contractor. My drop off location was incorrect. the fuel was mislabeled and then ibn as charged dirfor the extra fuel.

I was given a truck with no gas, had to go straight to the service station and was told I could bring it back the way I received it but the paper work reflected a lie so I was double billed even the I upheld my end of the contract.

The locations were fine and the service was good too. It was the fact that I was supposed to get a confirmation call by 6pm the evening before. I received a call at 9am the day of and was asked when I would like to pick up. I asked for 10am and was told "how about 11am? Well, 10:30-11. I showed up at 11:20 and my reservation had been moved. I was told I would receive a call in 15-20 min with the location of my new truck. One hour later the kind man at the first location called for me. It took him 20 min to get any answers. I then went 6 blocks in the opposite direction to pick up a truck that was smaller then the one I had reserved. It wasn't until I returned it that I was told that I was quoted $29 for a $19 truck. So, it had nothing to do with the locations, it has everything to do with the organization of your business. I would not recommend U-Haul.

I was charged $25 for a few simple bugs on the truck and windshield. Steve Murray, the site manager, was not in the least courteous or even helpful. He was unprofessional and should not be in a customer service field.

The guy Steve Murry Who I returned the truck back to Needs to take a customer service Class. He lacks big time in Customer service. Otherwise everything was fine. Oh yeah We found a hyperdermic needle in the truck Thank god the needle part was not attached. Thought you might like to know since Steve could care less about anything.

The truck was well-maintained but quite obviously old and a little "rough." Online, we arranged to pick up the truck at 9am and return it at 11pm. When we picked it up we were told that it had to be back by 6pm. I had to go back to school in the evening. I received a phone call at 5:45 asking where the truck was and if I knew what was going on. The gentleman was not exactly pleasant. My husband was calling them at that exact moment to say that he couldn't make it before 6:30. The company was 'nice' enough to allow us to keep the truck until they opened at 9am the following day. If it wasn't there by 9:30 we would be charged for another day. We had not figured into our hectic schedules time to return the UHaul the next day because we planned on doing it the night we rented it. My husband returned it at 9:20 while I was already at work. At 9:45 I received a text message stating that the truck was over-due. Seriously, the online and the brick-and-mortar really need to work on
