Employee's are not educated on what is required to safely tow a trailer and we're stubborn when told it's wasn't correct . Also didn't really care that customer wasn't satisfied with the experience there.

Our truck didnt have cruise control and we had to drive cross country for the move. Would have been nice and better mpg. Not really any comment about the staff or locations overall easy move and helpful employees!

Truck was given with an empty tank and the document show almost half tank. when ask to corrected they said to take a video of the conditions and disputed when I return the truck . they did not want to come out to the the inspection due to covid 19.

I think it has to start would better customer service if in fact you have to contact the 1 800 number. I had an issue where my paperwork in my hand stated the drop off location was Glendale that's what I took my trailer to but in The system it's stated a different location, So I had to contact customer service The person I spoke with was very rude no man of what she tells me that on her paperwork that she's looking at it said what location to drop it off and that no matter what I was going to be charged for dropping it off at the wrong location I informed her of what my paperwork said and she insisted on telling me I am wrong I told her the customer service rep who's right here with me now can verify that my paperwork says this particular location right here she still was insisting on telling me that if I drop my trailer there I would have to pay a fee for dropping it at the wrong location The customer service rep was explaining to her what my paperwork said and yet she still with not trying to hear it I thought that was so rude I thought this is the last time I can deal with renting from you haul because that is not acceptable if my paperwork says one thing regard less of what you see you can not tell me you're going to charge me for something I have no control over I am the customer I went off of what I'm looking at. I was very thankful that everyone at the Glendale location was very helpful outside of the person on the 1 800 number they did a good job they took care of things and I thank them for it. But I think customer service on 800 and Amber needs have a better understanding on how to handle situations in how to problem solve.

My experience was outside of the norm. I was to pick the truck up Monday @ 7:30pm June 1st This was also the beginning of our curfew. I was unaware of this as I work till 7. Luckily I checked my phone before leaving to listen to a vm letting me know they had to close early due to the riots. Disappointed and a little stressed I contacted the 800# for assistance. Katrina & her manager tried diligently to see if I could pick a truck up that night at a different location. Unfortunately all were closed because of the riots. She kindly provided me with a discount coupon and rescheduled my pickup for the following morning. Damien in the rental office was friendly, efficient and professional. He got me in my truck in no time and told me to see him on my return so he could apply the coupon. Everyone I spoke to or came in contact with at Uhaul went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Thank you!

My check in experience was great, friendly staff, enough staff to handle the daily operations. However during checkout there was only one woman checking everyone out. She advised me to park my truck under the canopies. I did and waited for her for about 5-10 minutes until a very nice gentlemen (who was sanitizing another truck returned) asked if he could help me checkout through his phone. I gave him my keys and walked back inside and saw that she was helping other customers and I had to get back in line. That was frustrating. But not as frustrating as her getting to me and not knowing what I needed after SHE just advised me. If you give instructions to someone and say youre going to help then finish with one client before moving on to another. She also did not have a very friendly demeanor as well. She was not disrespectful but also not customer friendly... Luckily the nice man walked in and advised he had just finished up for me and I was able to leave.
