Paid $7 for a furniture dolly but when I opened the truck to load furniture the dolly wasn't there. I came back after hours so didn't ask for a refund,but disappointed because i needed the dolly.

The outside of the trailer was a mess. Staff was very slow and unresponsive to my interest. This is very different from the Peoria Arizona location that I will continue to seek service from.

Horrible customer service by the girl working in there. Not sure if she was new or just didnt know what she was doing... but incompetence cost me an extra $90 after I returnedit becauseshe marked it as a one way out of state. No large trucks available... tried to rent me 2 small trucks. I opted for one small truck which in the long run cost more money that the larger one. I would rather rent a uhaul from a gas station than ever return to this location.

There was some confusion with the outdoor and indoor working staff when I came to drop off the truck. The people working outside said to go inside and wait in line, no problem. However, once I got inside they said they didn't need anything from me and I could go back outside. You can imagine my confusion at this point, and luckily I didn't wait too long so I wasn't mad, but I just think this is a valuable learning experience for all the staff to get on the same page about procedures and protocols.

I was over charged for fuel. I fueled to half point between 5/8 & 3/4. Before I returned truck I spoke with Rep to confirm my pick up level was only between the 1/2 & 5/8 mark. So I replaced more than used and was still charged.


Elizabeth was so overworked that she could not keep up with the demands presented to her. I was put on hold and while I was on hold I was able to drive to the location. She apologized, however, there were two more people that needed help. I feel you lost business as one lady just wanted a box, and decided to leave

Leaving one person on staff to take care of several customers was irresponsible of management. We had to wait over 30 minutes to check in our truck. Yes, this office was using the Smart Phone check in but I prefer to have my rental checked on the spot. This takes care of any issues that might pop up later. Rest assured I will not be using this rental office in the near or distant future.

You need to better train your appointment takers. I called and reserved the trailer for 2 days and he even verified the return date. He set me up for pickup and when I got there the trailer could not be rented to me for 2 days because he set the appt for 6hrs. So with already running late I had to go to yet another location to get my trailer. Everything was fine there. The trailer did have broken glass in it though. It was a complete waste of my time to do the appt instead of just putting me through to the store so they could have gotten me the correct info.

This was a terrible experience from the online reservation to the return of trailer. First the sales rep when I was reserving the trailer didn’t tell me that it didn’t come with the ramp. When I get to 4240 W Camelback at 5 to pick up my enclosed trailer they tell me they don’t have 1 for me to rent and had to send me me to a different location to get a trailer. When I arrive at the location on 51st ave & Glendale they first bring me a opened trailer instead of the enclosed trailer that I had reserved so now we have to cancel that paper work and start the new paperwork for the enclosed trailer Once I get the trailer I have to buy a 7 point to 4 point adaptor to be able to work the lights and it barely lights up to which I mention this to the attendant and he gets it barely working. Then I notice that the left had chain seems to short to be able to make left hand turn which the attendant stated he was thinking maybe it looks a little tight but should work. I tell him I can’t go on maybe it will make a left hand turn we need to put on a longer chain. After doing so I notice the inside of the trailer is dirty Which the attendant then just tells me to take a picture its fine. Okay now the 7 point to 4 point adaptor didn't work & I tried to exchange it when returning to the 51st ave & Glendale location the manger tells me its a fuse problem on my truck and they do not return or exchange used items. Now during the return of the trailer the staff would not help me return trailer even thou there are 4 people working they tell me I have to go online to turn in trailer even thou they are opened for business I want to to disengage the trailer myself until I get strong with them did they final unhook my trailer but do not check me out I have to go back into the office to check out and get a receipt. Now I have hooked up my trailer I use every day and all the lights work perfectly so it was the 7 point to 4 point adaptor worse experience I have ever had when doing business we Uhaul and will have to say next time I will take my business else wear
