The guy could t find the key to the trucks it is in a very busy gas station. They finally found it. There was trash in the passenger seat from the previous driver. The driver door didn’t latch all the way. The engine and transmission are in rough shape. When I returned the truck, the uhaul app said the mileage didn’t compute right. I entered the odometer and it said it wouldn’t accept that number because it was 30k miles less than the previous driver inputted. So at 10:30pm i have to call and deal with customer service fixing your error. Please don’t let this location exist.

Broken door handle, door wouldn’t close, but the worst part of all this was how useless the app is. I waited for almost 30 min to speak with someone who finally informed me I had to go inside and speak with someone at the gas station.
Paul FI was delayed by 45 minutes because the friggin’ Mobile app was not working for me or the 76 station owner. The app is really not good at all. I have problems every time. What makes it worse is that U-HAUL changed the pickup location on me. I had to drive further and was still delayed. Finally, the van did not have the dolly, furniture dolly or furniture pads that I ordered. Overall, U-Haul gets 1 star from me. I don’t intend to rent again.
BRIAN GLocal manager (actually very smart and helpful) quoted $.99/mile. I drove 39 miles. Bill at checkout was $50 and change. No business should secretly overcharge….and fail to communicate pricing to local staff that ultimately have to deal with very confused and unhappy customers. (Really, what kind of cool scam does U Haul have here?) Let me guess, Private Equity purchased U Haul and decided to find “interesting” new ways to enjoy profiteering!
David FIt took forever to pick it up and return it and I’m pretty sure I was overcharged
