To much attitude by the management at the Glenwood facilities. This just wasn't us I saw it happen to other customers while I was waiting. The Galena facilities for the drop off was absolutely fantastic.

Nothing I can think of. This was the best location Ive used in the area. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the staff was very polite and has been trained well in customer urgency. I will be using this location much more often

The customer service experience I witness was horrible. I have used Uhaul in the past and I have never witnessed such unsatisfactory service. The agent that was attempting to assist me was pleasant, but there was another representative by the name of Charles assisting another customer that was very rude and seemed to lack empathy and was not solution oriented at all. He continuously stated the obvious problem, blamed the customer for the computer error implying that she wrote the confirmation number down incorrectly. However, she processed an online reservation so there was nothing to write down, everything was electronic. The customer displayed and referenced her email reservation the entire time. I am referring to this encounter and although I was not personally interacting with him, it could have been me. I will not be using this location in the future, but I will continue to do business with Uhaul. Penny assisted with the return processing and she was awesome! She is one of the best representations of the company by far. She was friendly, funny, polite and professional! We need more "Penny's" at that location!

When I rented the truck, your agents explained that if I were late an hour or thereabouts, I would not be charged anything extra. I was late by that hour, and a different agent at the facility charged me an extra day’s rental. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I would recommend a better system with gaging the fuel in order to return it on the appropriate amount. I put gas in the truck and still had to pay an additional fuel fee because it was a little under according to uhaul.

Upon initial order (on line) I was charged $105, which I found out did not go through until the day I arrived to pick up the truck. So I had to pay when I got there. When I returned the truck the next day I completed the return process on time on my phone and returned the keys to the drop box. Then I get phone calls saying that I owe more money! I will not pay a second time. I was not late with my return and the truck was not damaged!

Penny, needs to learn phone etiquette and how to professionally and politely address clients. Coming in she is tolerable, however, over the phone she is rude and lacks professionalism in every sense of the word. Samantha was amazing and polite and explained everything she looked for to me. Although there was no clarity when I called, when I came to pick up or when I dropped off that the dolly was rented out daily and not per truck. Nor the safemode, both I do understand being charged for two days but the I was 30 minutes late and got charged for a full day. There should be a cheaper rate for that because when someone rents the truck today you won’t tell them that today is already paid for. It’s almost as if he uhaul place is cheating the customers. Somethings needs to be changed soon.

Customer treated like a suspect when renting, calling a contact in order to rent. Return process was treated like an associate not a customer, "sit in the van, your going to help me". I have rented many trucks and never felt like this when leaving, poor experience.

I was charged twice! A precharge for $74.45 AND $120.27. Instead of either the difference of $45.82 or just the $120.27. And person I spoke to in the credit card department was very rude and everyone else that I spoke to didnt have an answer.
