Always satisfied with u haul experience. The equipment was connected to my vehicle in the pouring rain, and no complaints by employee. And explain everything needed, to operate equipment.

PETER FThe location was great, the only problem was the app did not work to check it out. Luckily there was a worker there doing other stuff even though they were not open yet that was able to help out. The app got stuck in a loop and just kept asking the same questions again and again and would not let you complete the process. Then when we returned it, the app did the same looping questions thing. We tried it on both my phone and my wife's phone and had the same problem with both. We just dropped the keys in the box, and they were able to figure it out.
