JENNIFER SThe only concern I had about the return location is they didn’t check-in the return truck at the time it was returned. The truck was due back on 7/16/25 before 10:15am. We returned it a day earlier, 7/15/25 before 2pm. Was told I would receive email once trucked was turned in. It took almost 24 hours and I believe only after I called the 800 number to inquire. My concern was the truck could have been re-rented before properly checked in. The two clerks was not busy. Ckeck-in should have been completely at time we returned the truck.
JULIE TVehicle was clean. I shared with the representative that the air conditioning system had a high-pitched whine that needed to be checked. It made use of air conditioning challenging on a 90+ degree day. Other than that, it was a great rental. Thank you.
