We dropped off the truck after hours so we really did not have anyone to talk to. The only issue we encountered was that the drop off box was not lighted so we had a hard time finding it.

JENNIFER SThe only concern I had about the return location is they didn’t check-in the return truck at the time it was returned. The truck was due back on 7/16/25 before 10:15am. We returned it a day earlier, 7/15/25 before 2pm. Was told I would receive email once trucked was turned in. It took almost 24 hours and I believe only after I called the 800 number to inquire. My concern was the truck could have been re-rented before properly checked in. The two clerks was not busy. Ckeck-in should have been completely at time we returned the truck.
